How To Run The Weekly Report
Step 1: Export Ticket Data
ScottyPro Tickets
For all currently open tickets run the “Weekly Reports - All Support Tickets”
For all the tickets opened and closed in the last 7 days run the “Weekly Reports - All Support Tickets Opened & Closed (7 Days)”
Internal Tickets (Jira)
Book mark the below Jira filters
Step 2: Update The Ticket Files
Step 3: Run Report
Step 4: Update ExteNet Slides
