Remote Ticket Troubleshooting

This wiki was created to assist if you encounter issues with remote ticket creation, particularly after a database re-init of a QA environment.

Troubleshooting Checklist

  1. DNS suffix was not included in the reinit script / environment configuration host name is wrong.
  2. Ticketer Configuration primary_email_id should be set correctly to an operational and existing database entry.
  3. Check that RabbitMQ is running
  4. Check all ticketer external datasources are correct.
  5. Is kanbanEnabled on ticketer configuration (currently causes processing issues for remote ticket if estimated effort field is null and should be disabled for RemoteTicket creation)
