Level: Critical

Purpose: Checks if the handler is about to be removed from the active handlers in the snmp_manager.thread_config table.

Scenario: The logs show the following error message in the last 10 minutes: Timeout: Pool empty. Unable to fetch a connection.

Resolution: The handlers SNMP manager may need a restart. Run the outage scripts before the restart to help investigate further after it is resolved.

Manual Action Steps: Restart SNMP manager.

Auto Clear: When the logs do not have the above error for more than 10 minutes.
