Level: Critical

Purpose: This alert tells us when the AlarmCache application is not found in the server process list

Scenario: AlarmCache is not running or has gone down on a handler

Resolution: Restart the application

Manual Action Steps: Restart AlarmCache using Ansible

-i ../env-configuration/$ENV/hosts.ini –diff –vault-id @prompt alarmcache.yml -e “actions='stop,start'”

Auto Clear: Alert will clear when process is found
