FiberConnectionError
Level: Critical
Purpose: Alert if the Fiber application has connection errors.
Scenario: Checks the Fiber logs for 'Caught an exception during connection recovery' in the previous 4 hours
Resolution: Restart Application
Manual Action Steps: Ensure you have the latest Ansible env-config repo and the deployments-playbook repo
Ironman example replace ironman with correct server
ansible-playbook -i ../env-configuration/ironman/hosts.ini fiber.yml --vault-id @prompt -e"actions='stop,start'"
verify application is running after restart
ps -edf | grep -i fiber
Auto Clear: Clear received when 'Caught an exception during connection recovery' does not appear in the logs in the previous 4 hours
