Purpose: The key_status provides customers with key information from their SnmpManager&Ticketer database. It's a database of important data generated from the two databases.

Scenario: Generation of the keystats table takes a considerable amount of time. If the process timeouts or is killed it will not complete. The watchdog checks for a “failed” keyword in the “usr/local/logs/idmsscripts_status/key_stats_status.prom” file 30 minutes back.

Resolution: 30 minutes passes since the process failed.

Manual Action Steps: Restart the process and let it complete.
