Level: Critical
Purpose: This alert tells us when the CAS application server is not found in the server process list
Scenario: CAS is not running or has gone down on a handler
Resolution: Restart the application
Manual Action Steps: Log into the handler and restart cas via the /var/tomcat/cas/bin/startup.sh script.
Alternatively, restart CAS using Ansible ansible-playbook -i ../env-configuration/$ENV/hosts.ini –diff –vault-id @prompt cas.yml -e “actions='stop,start'”
Auto Clear: Alert will clear when process is found
