Purpose: Notify operations no mNET traps have been received in the last couple of hours.

Scenario: No mNET traps have been received in the previous 4 hours.

Resolution: Verify that the OpenVPN client is running on the ExteNet load balancer. Inform ExteNet that no mNET traps have been received.

Manual Action Steps:

Check if OpenVPN service is running on load balancer

ps -edf | grep openvpn

Start OpenVPN Client if it is not running

sudo service openvpn start

Confirm that the tun0 interface exists on load balancer

ifconfig tun0

Auto Clear: Will clear when when greater than 0 traps are received in previous 4 hours.
