Purpose: Alert that the KLA Digi Modem which is our gateway into KLA Site is unavailable. This is the count for the number of Digi Modems that are offline.

Scenario: DigiModem has gone off line on the site listed.

Resolution: Contact KLA and escalate. Very little can be done from Errigal's side. We can report the problem to Verizon and KLA to raise a ticket with them for them to repair it.

Auto Clear: Yes if the number of Digi responses without a HTTP 200 code is lower than the 4 or 8 threshold.
