Level: Citical

Purpose: If an email that was supposed to be send by the application could not be sent, it will end up in the dead email queue. Support must try to send the email again by taking it from the dead email queue, checking it for errors and then resending it in the normal email queue with persistent set in the dropdown. Scenario: A ticketer email has failed to be delivered.

Resolution: The dead email queue is empty and we have resent all the emails that failed to be delivered.
