PM of Poles - Extenet

Introduction
This page describes the current implementation of the PM of Poles process employed by Extenet.
The first implementation of the PM of poles process (June/ July 2017) will be manually implemented by Errigal from data provided by Extenet.
Following this, development will be implemented to include an automated PM Process under IDMS-1437 - Fiber: Pole Preventative Maintenance Management

PM of Poles Process - Round 2
Full Fiber Solution will include automated PM Process under IDMS-1437.
IDMS-1661 also created to achieve this but may be closed out.
This includes consolidating the data from the created ticket forms into database tables.
Workflow
The workflow used by this PM of Poles process is “Preventative Maintenance of Poles”.
Form
The form currently in place to be used for this process is “Detailed Inspection with Inventory”. This form is not yet completed but screenshot to be provided when completed.
PM Reports
No new reports currently defined as of yet but some are on the way via Keith Laug at ExteNet.
Existing PM reports may need to be modified to contain this new workflow - this depends on the customer's request.
