Supported Technologies
We are contractually obliged to our customers to provide support for certain DAS technologies. This means that they are expected to work as part of the basic platform and this any work for monitoring these is non-billable. If we are asked to integrate a non-supported technology into our platform then that work is billable. Some technologies are billable for trap monitoring but not for auto-discovery features.
Supported technologies for ExteNet
This table shows out support agreements for ExteNet. Any technology not listed here is unsupported.
