Extenet User Types

Introduction
The following content outlines the types of users created for Extenet in addition to how these users should be configured across the applications.
The 3 main user types are as follows:
- Noc Users
- Carrier Users
- Venue Users
NOC Users
Noc users refer to the extenet users in the NOC e.g. Oscar, JB etc.
Unless otherwise stated on the user creation doc supplied by the customer, these users have access to:
- All clusters
- All cluster groups
- All network groups
Carrier Users
Carrier users refer to external users that should have limited access to the data of 1 carrier e.g. Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile.
Unless otherwise stated on the user creation doc supplied by the customer, these users have access to:
- SELECTED clusters specific to the carrier
- NOT network groups
(June 2017) ExteNet EMS - carrier users should not have access to the attachments widget - As per Oscar
Venue Users
Venue users refer to external users that should have limited access to the data of 1 or more venues e.g. MGM Properties, JP Morgan Chase.
Unless otherwise stated on the user creation doc supplied by the customer, these users have access to:
- NO Clusters
- NO Cluster Groups
- SELECTED network groups
EMS User Conventions
The Contacts and attachments widgets in the EMS should not be seen by anyone other than the NOC and the NOC ADMIN.
