Introduction
This section will outline what our customer IDMS QA environments are from a high level.

Customer IDMS QA Environments
As part of our development process, we have internal QA environments, customer QA environments, as well as live production environments.
The Customer QA Environments are utilized by Errigal and the customer especially during ATP testing of newly developed features.
In addition to being used for customer-facing testing of new features, these systems are also used by the operations team to test out configuration changes such as updated reports, data updates etc. This is done in communication with the customer who can review the changes and sign off on them as required.
ExteNet's QA Environment
Extenet's servers are located in and maintained by a Hosting Company in Sacramento.
* Note: The Fiber application is an ExteNet exclusive application that isn't available for other customers.
