The Ticketer and eBonding

How to identify an eBonding Ticket

An eBonding ticket is any ticket that is created via the automated eBonding process. They will typically have been created by the user eBondedATTsystem, but this may be subject to change. Such tickets will contain an eBonding form and will have the field for ticket type populated. Currently the type field of a ticket can only be populated via this automated process. If a ticket type is populated on a ticket via an automated process it will display in both the search results page and underneath the Ticket summary section of a ticket in the UI.

As previously mentioned, the ticket type, if populated, will display in the Ticket Info panel of a ticket underneath the summary. This is represented in Figure 1.

Searching by ticket type

Ebonding tickets can be searched on in the Ticketer using both the Quick Search and the Advanced Search options.

Quick Search: To search for an ebonded ticket in the quick search enter the word ebonding. This search is case insensitive so upper or lower case should work. However the quick search will only return results for open tickets, see Figure 2:

Figure 2

Advanced Search: To search for an eBonded ticket in the advanced search select the value eBonding from the Type selector in the Ticket Options section as demonstrated below in Figure 3

Figure 3

Other options available to the user are All, which will return all type results regardless of whether type is populated or not. No Type will return tickets with no type populated.

The type of search result to be expected from an eBonded ticket type search is demonstrated below in Figure 4:

Figure 4

Ebonded tickets will display with an E icon next to the ticket id. The Type field will also be populated with eBonding.
