The eBonding form should display as represented in Figure 5. The only editable field to the user in this form is the Circuit Id. All other form fields are uneditable. All of these fields are populated via the create message sent to the Ticketer from the ebonding_component. Each field is also track in running log true. The additional_notes field gets updated via MODIFY, VERIFY AND CANCEL messages which are sent to the Ticketer via the ebonding_component also.
