When you deploy documentation to Support page via Jenkins Job or manually, the files are uploaded to the DB here: support_page.uploadable_file.

You can see these files in the Support Page Dashboard under the Uploadable File controller.

When docs are deployed via Jenkins job and a file already exists on the env, the file is overwritten and the version field is increased to account for this. No new entry appears in the Uploadable File controller so it will be difficult to see if the doc has been uploaded just from the Uploadable File controller without a field like Last Updated Date.

When docs are deployed via Jenkins job and it's a new file, a new entry is added to the DB and a new entry appears in the Uploadable File controller.
