ScottyPro-Harvest Integration

Create a new folder on laptop & navigate to the following bitbucket repository https://bitbucket.org/errigal/alternate-vendor-integration/src/master/

Clone the repository into new folder. In google chrome go to manage extensions, select Load unpacked and when prompted navigate to the repository folder you have downloaded. The harvest plugin should now be available for use.

Download the plugin from the Chrome store from this link → https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/hloagcehpieledogjknbcgioakaofnei

Navigate to https://id.getharvest.com/developers, and get a Personal Access Token. If you don't have one already, create it.

On the Harvest plugin for Chrome, press the settings button which is located in the bottom centre and insert your token and account ID into the labeled fields.

• If changing the timers is necessary, please do so via the plugin where possible. This will ensure there are no discrepancies between Harvest and Scottypro.(Currently you are able to change date, change logged time, stop a timer (if it's already started) and delete timers). For now, edits of the summary can be done through Harvest, but please make sure you do not edit the auto appended prefix (eg. ATC-12345 - Ticket Summary).

• Ensure you are signed in as yourself in ScottyPro and also have your own Personal Access Token set in the plugin.

• If not able to start a timer, ensure you do not have any timers currently running.
