Traps are currently forwarded to AT&T if:

1. Severity is Critical or Major
2. And Element has FA code (carrier_hub_id) assigned to them or their parents
3. And assigned Carrier is AT&T or OPN

• In the trap forwarding query FA codes are referenced as fa_location_code
• In the trap forwarding conversion FA codes are referenced as equipmentIdentifier
