Purpose: Notify that the lsync master process crashed.

Scenario: If the configuration is incorrect or if the process fails for any reason this watchdog will go off.

Resolution: The process becomes active again.

Manual Action Steps: Try to restart the process. Create a file on the master server and see if it propagates to the slave servers. The process might crash at this point if the config is incorrect. If that happens, or if the file does not propagate to the slave servers, check the configuration.
