Scenario: Watchdog will fire if the following appears in any of the groovy application logs 'java.lang.OutOfMemoryError'

Resolution: Verify issue using Grafana, take outage scripts & restart application

Auto Clear: Will clear when 'java.lang.OutOfMemoryError' has not appeared in the logs for the previous 30 minutes.
