Scenario: Alert is received when the following appears in the Ticketer logs: 'Invalid Email Recipients'
Resolution: Search the Ticket logs to identify the invalid email. Notify customer.
Manual Action Steps: Find 'Invalid Email Recipients' in affected handler Ticketer logs
Auto Clear: Will clear after 30 minutes if no further invalid emails are used.
