Purpose: Notify operations no mNET traps have been received in the last couple of hours.

Scenario: No mNET traps have been received in the previous 4 hours.

Resolution: Verify that the OpenVPN client is running on the ExteNet load balancer. If you can confirm that OpenVPN client is running inform ExteNet that no mNET traps have been received.

Manual Action Steps:

Check if OpenVPN service is running on load balancer

ps -edf | grep openvpn

Start OpenVPN Client if it is not running

sudo service openvpn start

Confirm that the tun0 interface exists on load balancer

ifconfig tun0

Auto Clear: Will clear when when greater than 0 traps are received in previous 4 hours.
