Search for a ticket that already exists. Make some updates to it
Try to create multiple tickets with multiple forms

Try to update an existing workflow (confirm no one else is working on it!)
Create your own workflow and publish it
Explore the form architect
Try to update an existing form and see the changes in a new ticket
Try to create your own form and publish it
Explore the user administration section
Update a user's details
Create a new user
Explore the email templates functionality, as well as the email accounts administration area
Try to update an email template. Be careful not to send an email to any customers!
Try to create your own basic email template.
Take a look at the Mobile Ticketer and the functionality it offers.
On QA, try to find the Ticketer logs and identify some patterns based on your usage. Ask a colleague for help!

Advanced: Take a look at the automation that can be added to workflows and forms via states and widgets. See if you can automate tasks using groovy! Ask people in the office for tips!
