Global User Admin Tool Overview

The Global Admin Tool is an application that allows for easy management of users across the Errigal IDMS suite.

It provides options for adding new users for each application, options for modifying user configurations in addition to searching for users.

The Global admin tool combines the user configuration options for each IDMS application (SNMP Manager, Noc Portal, Reporting Manager etc.) into one place to allow for ease of use when configuring users across multiple accounts or for troubleshooting user account issues.

The global admin tool can be accessed via the SNMP Manager application by clicking on the Global User Admin link in the top navigation menu:
