Report Charts Not Working - Flash

Support, I am getting the following message when running the Alarm Discrepancy Chart report:
“You should see a chart here. Try resizing this window, if that does not work, try updating flash here”
Please advise what the cause of this is and how to fix it.

This took some troubleshooting to get to the bottom of.

Following an investigation it was determined to be a browser / flash issue.

• To get this working in Fireox I followed the link and installed flash - this rectified the issue on my laptop and the scrum laptop
• To get this working on Chrome I followed the following steps: Enable Flash in Chrome and added an exception for the Scotty pro reporting manager to allow it to run flash by default.
