Each App Handler runs IDMS Applications and CAS which is used in single sign-on.
The Load Balancer runs the SNMP Manager to load balance SNMP Traps.
Note: Crown Castle is no longer a customer of Errigal
The QA servers for Crown Castle are located in and maintained by Crown Castle. As such it is important to take care when making changes to the system.
The Crown Castle staff use the QA environment to test updates, improvements to features (e.g. report updates, report modifications, trap rule changes etc.) before they go to production.
If you are going to make any change on Crown QA, please ensure it is tested on Errigal QA first and works correctly.
