Login credentials are stored in the following section: Getting setup with password safe.
Each App Handler runs IDMS Applications and CAS which is used in single sign-on.
The Load Balancer and usually DB2 runs the SNMP Manager to load balance SNMP Traps or for tasks such as auditing.
Any EC2 instance requires SSH key to log in.
Note: Crown Castle is no longer a customer of Errigal
Crown Castle subscribes to all 4 IDMS applications - SNMP Manager, Reporting Manager, Ticketer, NOC Portal.
Note: As of Jan 1st 2017 the Crown Castle Dig Portal was shut down.
IDMS applications are hosted on servers in Crown Castle and maintained by them.
Dig Portal is hosted in AWS North California Region.

ExteNet subscribes to all 4 IDMS applications - SNMP Manager, Reporting Manager, Ticketer, NOC Portal.
IDMS applications are hosted on servers in ExteNet and maintained by them.
To start the LinkPoller (IP_CONNECTIVITY, LinkUp, LinkDown) go to the LinkPollerConfiguration controller and click the “Start/Stop IP Connectivity Poller” in the navigation bar.
If no new “linkDown” or “ethernetLinkDown” traps appear, check if the NetworkElements are set to pollable.
If still nothing, ensure that there's at least one active HANDLER entry in the thread_config table.
