Footprints Component

The purpose of this project is as follows:

• To create a process which will listen for Ticket domain status change events within Errigal's Ticketer application.

• Upon receipt of a relevant status change event(FOT Dispatched or FOT Dispatched - Pending Parts), the Footprints Component will query for relevant data, populate and send an email containing these details to American Towers email address(atc_noc_das@americantower.com).

• This email will then be parsed by American Tower and a ticket will be created in their footprints ticketing tool. This will trigger creation of a dispatch notification in ETADirect which is used for their field services dispatches. The Footprints component will listen for updates back via email inbox polling from American Tower containing the global ticket number.

• This update will be processed and mapped back to the correct ticket id for population within Errigals Ticketer application on the Field Technician Dispatch Form.
