Export it with the "filter fields" option [[https://errigal.atlassian.net/issues/?filter=18199|Weekly Report All Internal Tickets ( 2 weeks of Resolved/Closed)]] ===== Step 2: Update The Ticket Files ===== [[https://drive.google.com/drive/u/0/folders/1R_EqMTBgzt4kEx-TStLpCx2KmvXDWZAi|Ticket Files Folder and How to docs]] * Update the 2 Ticket google sheets located in the Ticket File folder with the data from their corresponding report. * Each Sheet will autorun a Macro that will clear the sheet of last week's data, you must select yes when prompted as this will also date stamp the sheet. * Paste in data from the report into cell A1. Before pasting make sure that all columns with hash symbols are adjusted so data is visible. The report is set on a schedule and will run itself between 1pm and 2pm, if I can't run for some reason an email will be sent to support@errigal.com
