This wiki was created to assist if you encounter issues with remote ticket creation, particularly after a database re-init of a QA environment.

===== Troubleshooting Checklist =====
  - DNS suffix was not included in the reinit script / environment configuration host name is wrong.
  - Ticketer Configuration primary_email_id should be set correctly to an operational and existing database entry.
  - Check that RabbitMQ is running
  - Check all ticketer external datasources are correct.
  - Is kanbanEnabled on ticketer configuration (currently causes processing issues for remote ticket if estimated effort field is null and should be disabled for RemoteTicket creation)
