====== Nova Threshold Alarms ======

==== Overview ====
Threshold alarms allow a user to set a threshold on any Nova variable. If the threshold value is breached a ticket will be automatically generated.

==== How to remove a threshold ====
Use entry_point_id to find orchestrator.element ID.

List all threshold settings for a controller.
<code>select * from orchestrator.threshold where element_id =  <element id>;</code>

List threshold rules 
<code>select * from orchestrator.threshold_rule where id <simple_threshold_rule_id>;</code>

To delete a threshold the relevant orchestrator.threshold entry must be removed first because of a foreign key constraint with the .threshold_rule table.
 The relevant threshold rule can then be deleted.
