As of 30/MAY/2024, we are using world text for critical texts only


Watchdog Critical Notifications

The "Send SMS And Email Alert" groovlet in [[https://watchdogs.errigal.com/Ticketer/groovlet/index]] controls the list of operational team members or US members notified of a watchdog critical text message
