**Purpose:** To let us know if the Link Poller is down on a system

**Scenario:** This log line is not found in the SnmpManager logs <WRAP center round box 60%>
Total LinkPoller tasks for LinkUpPoller
</WRAP>


**Resolution:** Restart the link poller

**Manual Action Steps:** 
Use this link to restart the link poller https://$HANDLER_URL:$PORT/SnmpManager/linkPollerConfiguration/list
Hit the //Start/Stop IP Connectivity Poller// button.
**Make sure to do this on the link poller handler** Normally this is the load balancer, however EXT have link polling on extdb2. If unsure check the thread_config table
