Purpose: This alert tells us when the SupportRequest application server is not found in the server process list

Scenario: SupportRequest is not running or has gone down on a handler

Resolution: Restart the application

Manual Action Steps: Restart SupportRequest using Ansible <code>ansible-playbook -i ../env-configuration/$ENV/hosts.ini –diff –vault-id @prompt support-request.yml -e “actions='stop,start'”</code>

Auto Clear: Alert will clear when process is found
