**Scenario:**
The NOC portal process has stopped running.

**Resolution:**
Check the NOC portal process - ''ps -edf | grep -i NocPortal''. Check the logs to see if there are any obvious exceptions. Startup the application if the process isn't running.

**Manual Action Steps:**
Restart the NOC portal application

**Auto Clear:**
When the NOC portal process is running.
