**Purpose:** Notify operations when email sending fails in the Ticketer application due to invalid email syntax in the previous 30 minutes.

**Scenario:** Alert is received when the following appears in the Ticketer logs: 'Invalid Email Recipients'

**Resolution:** Search the Ticket logs to identify the invalid email. Notify customer.

**Manual Action Steps:** Find 'Invalid Email Recipients' in affected handler Ticketer logs

**Auto Clear:** Will clear after 30 minutes if no further invalid emails are used.
