=====ExceptionSMTPServerUnavailable===== **Level:** __Critical__ FIXME **Purpose:** This alert tells us that there is an issue with Ticketer connecting to the SMTP host for emailing. **Scenario:** When this line is detected in logs Could not connect to SMTP host **Resolution:** In the past, the resolution for this was to make sure the //Implicit TLS// field is ticked in the email configuration. Other resolutions could be credentials/ incorrect SMTP server/ Incorrect port or even networking issues. **Manual Action Steps:** Go to the ticketer -> admin options -> email -> email accounts. Then enable implicit TLS. If that does not fix the issue check the information in the above section. **Auto Clear:** This alert will clear once the log line is not found in the last 30 minutes
