**Purpose:**
There was an error in the logs to indicate there's an issue connecting to the SMTP server used for sending emails.

**Scenario:**
SMTP connection has failed.

**Resolution:**
Check the SMTP connection details in the database, groovy grails config file or application.properties. Also, check the servers network.

**Manual Action Steps:**
Check SMTP connectivity details.

**Auto Clear:**
When the logs do not have any SMPT connectivity errors.
