**Level:** Major :!:


**Purpose:** Alerts when a handler is not recognised as a trap receiver by the load balancer

**Scenario:** Apps1 is flagged as inactive and is not receiving traps to process.

**Resolution:** Check the thread config to see if the handler is active or not.

**Manual Action Steps:** Try restarting the datagram receiver on that handler first https://ironmanapps1.err:8082/SnmpManager/configuration/restartDatagramReceiver

After IDMS 5.0:
Go to the loadbalancer as normal (https://ironman.errigal.com/SnmpManager/configuration/)
And click on the `Restart Datagram Receiver` button. That should restart any INACTIVE handler for you


If that does not work then restart the SNMP Manager

    ansible-playbook -i ../env-configuration/$ENV/hosts.ini --diff \
    --vault-id @prompt snmpmanager.yml -e "actions='stop,start'"

**Auto Clear:** Will auto clear after 5 minutes of no issue
