**Purpose:** This alert tells us when the CAS application server is not found in the server process list

**Scenario:** CAS is not running or has gone down on a handler

**Resolution:** Restart the application

**Manual Action Steps:** Log into the handler and restart cas via the <wrap lo>/var/tomcat/cas/bin/startup.sh</wrap> script.

Alternatively, restart CAS using Ansible //ansible-playbook -i ../env-configuration/$ENV/hosts.ini --diff --vault-id @prompt cas.yml -e "actions='stop,start'"//
