====== Administration - Reloading report files ======

**THIS IS A FEATURE THAT IS NOT TYPICALLY USED**

The files will be stored in .erpt format and are located in the appfiles/reports directory.
Appfiles can be in :
\\ /usr/local/appfiles
\\ /export/home/scotty/apffiles
\\ /home/scotty/appfiles

There is a button in the Reporting Manager for reloading the reports :

{{:onboarding:reportingmanager:reloadreports.png|}}

It will synch reports that are not in the database with the file and make entries in the database for that file/new report.

In order to do this I suggest navigating to the appfiles/reports directory and copying a report and giving it a new name, then in the Reporting Manager click the Reload Reports button. Once completed the new report should be in the report list.
