===== How to setup up a region with multiple states in the EMS Region map: =====


  - Optimally, Cluster/Region/Visibility Entries should match,( just to avoid confusion)
  - Assign the required states  to each region
  - For each of the regions, choose **ONLY ONE** of the states (otherwise the widget will break), and associate that state to the cluster that matches the region
