**ATC NOC Portal Alarm Email**

**ALARM: "atc-prod-nocportal-unhealthy-handlers" in US East (N. Virginia)**

Due to the ATC Noc Portal LB getting a 502 error(due to handlers being down ) 

An AWS alarm email is in place to go out to support. If it goes off we need to see which handler is down as it could be both. 

You can check the URL for it `https://atcapps1.atc:8440/NocPortal` or `https://atcapps2.atc:8440/NocPortal` 

If anyone sees this email check the logs of the handler/s that is down and the heap/threads. 

If the handler doesn’t come back in a few minutes you will have to restart that handler until we figure out the issue.
