===== RabbitmqUnroutableMessages =====

**Level:** __Critical__ FIXME


**Purpose:**
This alert indicates that an exchange does not have a consumer over the given period.

**Scenario:** A queue has had unroutable messages for 2m.

For example, when the exchange="outer_orchestrator_trap_exchange", this alert would occur when the related SnmpManager is either down, or it is not configured to fetch from this queue.

**Resolution:**
In case when exchange="outer_orchestrator_trap_exchange", ensure the SnmpManagerConfig.discovery.rdfRabbitMQ is configured and enabled and the SnmpManager started up with this configuration.
