**Employee Off-boarding**

The following items must be completed within 24 hours after an employee's last date of employment:
  * Disable JIRA account
  * Disable ScottyPro account
  * Deactivate Slack account
  * Mark Harvest account inactive (but do not delete for reporting purposes)
  * Change IDMS passwords for the employee's individual user account, both on Production and QA
  * Change employee's Errigal email password
  * Remove from Dropbox access
  * Remove access to Errigal wiki
  * Revoke VPN access
  * Remove access to any company subscriptions (MS Office, IntelliJ, etc)
  * Remove contact info from IDMS support pages if listed
  * Remove contact info from Dexcomm if listed

2023 - Update

- Offboarding is now managed via the following Support template ticket - https://errigal.atlassian.net/browse/INFRA-223

- create a clone of the ticket, apply the name of the user and assign the subtasks as required,
Persons with administrator access are responsible for completing the above items and should be promptly notified of any termination dates.
