If Verizon says that the sims are not connected to the network, they will need to correct this on their end - we use Verizon for the data connection ONLY. Verizon will try to push that they did a software update and that the devices are defective to not pick up the updates. However, Verizon does not send emails or notices that they are updating the software so this can be an alibi to prolong the technical support investigation. | ||
