+===== The Solution =====
+This took some troubleshooting to get to the bottom of.
+Following an investigation it was determined to be a browser / flash issue.
+  * To get this working in Fireox I followed the link and installed flash - this rectified the issue on my laptop and the scrum laptop
+  * To get this working on Chrome I followed the following steps: [[https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/6258784?hl=en|Enable Flash in Chrome]] and added an exception for the Scotty pro reporting manager to allow it to run flash by default.
