 +====== Administration - Reloading report files ======

 +Author: Colm Carew
 +
 +**THIS IS A FEATURE THAT IS NOT TYPICALLY USED**
 +
 +The files will be stored in .erpt format and are located in the appfiles/reports directory.
 +Appfiles can be in :
 +\\ /usr/local/appfiles
 +\\ /export/home/scotty/apffiles
 +\\ /home/scotty/appfiles
 +
 +There is a button in the Reporting Manager for reloading the reports :
 +
 +{{:onboarding:reportingmanager:reloadreports.png|}}
 +
 +It will synch reports that are not in the database with the file and make entries in the database for that file/new report.
 +
 +In order to do this I suggest navigating to the appfiles/reports directory and copying a report and giving it a new name, then in the Reporting Manager click the Reload Reports button. Once completed the new report should be in the report list.
