 +As part of our development process, we have [[onboarding:introduction:internal_idms_qa_environments|internal QA environments]], [[onboarding:introduction:customer_idms_qa_environments|customer QA environments]], as well as live production environments.

 +The **Production Environments** run the live production version of our Errigal IDMS applications.

 +With that in mind, the production environments should be approached with caution when performing any updates etc.
